Four statement systems became one.
More than 300,000 annual statements, produced through four separate systems, consolidated into one production path.
The problem
The annual statement run depended on four systems. Data moved between them through handoffs and reconciliation steps, and each handoff created another place for a discrepancy to hide. The run still had to produce more than 300,000 statements and remain explainable at the level of an individual output.
What we built
Zencode consolidated statement data, generation, validation, and delivery into a single platform. The work covered the data model, batch orchestration, statement generation, validation rules, and the operational view of the annual run.
- A single statement data model across plans and output types.
- Batch orchestration with checkpoints and status.
- Validation before documents are released.
- Delivery and output that operations can inspect.
The result
The annual run now follows one production path instead of four. Operations have one place to check status and output, and the platform keeps a traceable path from source data to statement.
Confidentiality
Client and system names are withheld. Volume and system counts are published without identifying the organization.
