The problem
Retirement decisions and the pension benefit application arrived as a paper package that could run past 100 pages. Members had to work out what applied to them, and staff had to review a long set of forms and choices.
What we built
Zencode designed and built PensionEase from scratch. The system guides a plan member through retirement decisions, pension option selection, and the benefit application. It covers eligibility and option modelling, benefit selection, document generation, and the workflow that turns a member's choices into a submitted application.
